Nobody wants to deal with insurance and getting your car fixed up, but Avenue Auto really knows how to create a pleasant experience out of it. Finished within the promised timeframe. Helped with another issue that I've been putting off. Communicated throughout. And when done, looked good as new. PLUS, totally detailed. The best part of the whole experience, hands down, was working with Chris. He could honestly teach a course in customer service. I don't think I've ever had a better experience, in any industry or service, as I did working with Chris. Dude is cool as hell and puts effort into making sure you are taken care of. Hats off to Chris and the rest of the Avenue Auto team!
